Ryan Downing began his real estate career in 2001 at Westlake Associates, Inc. In less than three years at Westlake Associate, Ryan became the youngest partner in firm history, having successfully brokered over $80,000,000 worth of commercial real estate. During his time at Westlake Associates, Ryan also personally managed over $35,000,000 worth of multi-family commercial real estate in the Seattle area. Prior to coming to The Foundation Group, Ryan was President and Managing partner of the Eastlake Property Group, a local firm specializing in the construction and renovation of high quality multi-family real estate. During his time with the Eastlake Property Group, Ryan successfully developed over $25,000,000 worth of real estate in the Greater Seattle Area. Currently, with The Foundation Group Ryan is a Senior Vice President, managing multi-family real estate valued over $45,000,000, and specializes in multi-family sales between 20-50 units. Ryan is a graduate of Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Ryan has also successfully completed many post graduate course through the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation process and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) Designation Process.
